01The appointment

One session, from booking to certificate. Each step reuses what was already entered.

The schedule counts the package's sessions. You no longer need a spreadsheet.

02Evaluation

Mark where it hurts, on the body. Pain, injury and surgery, front and back.

Tap the spot and say what it is. Pain goes from 0 to 10. Everything you mark appears on the printed report.

03With AI

The AI writes. You check and sign. Only what you check goes into the record.

Record the evaluation.

Talk with the patient while Brio records. The AI fills in the evaluation with the body marks and the measurements. Anything the AI was unsure about is flagged for you to check.

Ask about the day.

Talk to the assistant the way you talk to the front desk. Before it changes anything, it shows what it will do and waits for you to confirm.

04Medical record

The record is kept the way the law asks. It works from day one, with nothing to set up.

The data stays in Brazil.
The system and the files live on servers in São Paulo. Only the text the AI reads is processed in the United States.
Every time a record is opened, it is noted.
Who opened which record, and when. The clinic's owner and administrator see that list.
Patient CPF, phone and email protected.
They are encrypted in our database. The patient's signature opens through a link that lasts one minute.
Each clinic sees only its own patients.
Even with two clinics open side by side.
The clinical history is kept.
Deleting a patient erases the personal details and keeps the clinical history, as the law requires.
A signed note does not change.
To correct it, you add an addendum. The original text stays.

Does the front desk pay too?

No. Billing is per physiotherapist who sees patients, and the front desk and management use Brio at no cost.

Can I bring in what is on paper?

Yes. We look with you at how the clinic keeps records today and decide where to start.

Where is the clinic's data kept?

In São Paulo. Only the text the AI reads is processed in the United States, with CPF, phone and email already removed.

Is there a lock-in or a fee?

No. You cancel whenever you want and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Does the AI write straight into the record?

No. The AI writes a draft, and you check, correct and sign it.

How does the trial work?

When you create the clinic, you get 7 days with the whole product, no card. The AI comes with a single total for the trial, smaller than any plan's.

How does the referral programme work?

A clinic you refer starts with a 14-day trial instead of 7. When it pays its first invoice, you get $59.00 of credit, taken off your clinic's following invoice. It is a credit, never cash in an account, and there is no limit on how many clinics you refer. Your link lives in Settings → Billing. One caveat: the link is what says who referred them, so the clinic has to be created in the same browser the link was opened in.
